SpamRival - not happy with software downlaod - found out via MSN that PC is not compatible with SpamRival - after two weeks, still unable to contact SpamRival

I downloaded SpamRival, a site that filters spam, and I am not happy with it. I have sent many emails to the address given in the internet site information. I have not received a reply from anyone yet. It has been about 2 weeks since I downloaded SpamRival.

I have since found out through MSN support that my computer is not compatible to carry SpamRival. I cannot make contact with anyone at SpamRival to find out what I can do to be able to use the service or to ask for a refund. I cannot use the service of which I have purchased.
