I have been reading complaints on your sight and I am amazed at the number involving PS2 systems. Like many others I'm sure, I have always been happy with sony products until the purchae of the PS2. I am now on my 3rd PS2 system and was not very happy to see that on Christmas morning when my children opened 4 brand new games that once again it will not read all disks. Only 1 of the 4 works.

That is almost $200 in brand new games with $150 of it wasted. It started with the blue disks in the first system I purchased but now on the 3rd system, the new disks are gold and it won't read them.

I would simply change my system to the Xbox or something if it weren't for the money I have invested in games. I can't believe that Sony denies any defect in the product.

I am thoroughly disgusted.
