Maytag Neptune washer model MAH4000AWW - 3.5 years old - severe mold problem - PHA fix kit didn't work to stop mold problem - in addition, have replaced several main control boards, wax motor, and a timer

I have a 3.5 year old Maytag washer that has had numerous problems including a severe Mold problem. The mold PHA fix kit was supposedly installed but the problem persits. It has had several main control boards replaced, a wax motor and a timer.

From the research I have done, this is a very common Maytag Neptune problem that goes far beyond normal wear and tear. Maytag is aware of these problems and has made no effort to resolve them.As I understand, there is a class action lawsuit against Maytag over these issues.

Can you help me contact this court? If Maytag won't make their product good then maybe we can get the courts to. I have lost all confidence in Maytag and would like a little help with this.
