Stopzilla popup killer - paid $ 29.95 for software disc not received - unable to get further information from Stopzilla

I purchased a serial number from Stopzilla web site to enable me to upgrade a 14 day free trial downloaded from there site to a full version. When I purchased the number Stopzilla were offering for an extra $9.95 dollars a hard copy on cd of the program.

I payed the full amount $29.95 with credit card for the serial number and the cd which they would send.I was sent an email to confirm order dated 6/12/2003. I received another email 9/12/2003 to say the order had been shipped. When I emailed Stopzilla after 10 days 19/12/2003 to find out what happeneed to the disc. They replied asking me to call them on a toll free number, but as I am in the Uk and they are in the USA the number is not toll free to me, I emailed them again to explain this and they then wanted my private home number to call me.

I do not give out my private number so ask them why they couldn't explain by email what has happened to the disc and they haven't replied. It is now 22/12/2003 and I still have no disc or any idea why.So would advise anyone not to be fooled by this company it seems once they have your money they do not want to supply the goods or explain why.
