To Whom It May Concern:

 

I have had a problem with a late fee posted to my Spiegel account. The account has been turned over to a card processing center and they do not have an 800 number.

 

Every time I have a question I have to call long distance and the only way you can talk to someone is if you want to make a payment by phone. These people gave me an address in New York to write to if I wanted to dispute the charges. I feel it is unfair that there is no one to speak with about this issue.
