Jorja's Gem House - haven't received product in 24 hours as promised

I ordered a product from "Jorja's Gem House" and paid for the Postal "Express" rate and was told by the Postal dis-service that I would have my product within 24 hours!

It now has been 36 hours and no product and Jorja's Gem House already debited my Visa card and the only thing they will do is give me a tracking number and tell me it's my problem.
