June 2003:my wife and I were in Las Vegas and purchased a 2003 Santa Fee from Planet Hyundai in Las Vegas ,Nv. Was charged 2150 for a etching alarm system that I did not want and was not installed in the vehcle, I have called that company and requested a refund.

they confirm it was never installed, they told me they would credit my acct ,but after 40 long distance calls too them I have not received any refund and now they say they can not refund the 2150 and there is nothing I can do about it.
