My stepson purchaced a cellphone from AT&T wireless. He could not get a signal or make calls unless he traveled approximately 25 miles north of our house. He returned the phone by mail and received confirmation of that from AT&T wireless. It's been past 30 days, now and they still haven't refunded his money.
His mother has tried calling their customer assistance number and gets the "run around" every time; today she was placed on hold for 1.5 hours. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
