Regarding Holiday Inn Airport, 45 Industrial Hwy, Essington, Pa. 19029 We arrived there on Dec 5th and departed Dec 7th. The front desk employees were not giving correct info to us regarding our room reservations. We finally got into room.

Our bathroom was dirty (tub, walls and floor)...went downstairs to make some type of shuttle reservations to Army/Navy game (stadium) they never told us about a Holiday Inn shuttle, just told us to call a taxi or limo service.

Another person staying there heard us and gave us correct info on shuttle service. On Dec 6th while showering, the ceiling light fixture fell out of the ceiling on to the floor....there was no need to complain because we were told there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.

That Holiday Inn was the most unorganized hotel ever. The employees behind the front desk were completely uninformed about anything to do with helping customers or answering questions regarding one of the most populated events of the year. My group and myself would never stay there again.... Fay Heady
