re: O' My Sole Irvine Spectrum (Unfair Return Policy) Bought pair of shoes less than a week ago at O' My Sole in Irvine Spectrum, Irvine, CA.
Found the exact same shoe for much less, went back to O' My Sole to return shoe for credit card refund (I even asked store if they will match the price, store refused) they would not take back the shoes for refund.
They would only give store credit or exchange for another shoe of equal value or a shoe priced higher than the original purchased. Shoes are overpriced, once you buy from them, you can never return the shoe for a refund.

It's not the businesses fault that you chose not to shop around. You bought from there because you were there and for convenience. Why should they have to give money back every time someone found something less expensive? If you found a pair of the exact shoes that were more expensive elsewhere would you go pay more money where you bought them because they are worth it? I think if you had problems with the shoes, you should get your money back and not a refund, but it's not up to the store to match any and all prices in the market place.

thank you fot that info. I just bought a pair of shoes for 108 dollars, found them in another store for 49.99 pre-tax.
They are WAY OVERPRICED!
