I received something in the mail to get free hosiery. I sent it in and without anything else, I immediately received an invoice for the hosiery. There are no phone numbers on the invoice to call and get this taken care of. The account # that was assigned to me was 103833473-9 and invoice was for 13.96.

Please don't send another Immediate Response Required notice to me for something that I didn't order and don't care to receive any other silkies from you. I want a response back from the owner of this company stating that my invoice/account has been deleted from your system.
