KLM - poor baggage claim experience

Sometime back, I happened to see a complaint pertaining to baggage claim with KLM airlines and at that time felt pity about the respective passenger. Now, today, unthinkably, I am in that passenger's seat.
What a pity! KLM boasts of its "superiority through excellence of services provided" but alas, there were other co-passengers who were dreadfully sorrow at the way their luggage was mishandled. GOD save passengers by KLM from anywhere to anywhere.
And if KLM is hearing, please go for a major rearrangement to give better service if not the best. None of you are bothered to atleast attend the phonecall we make in agony - just to escape our foulmouths?
