The health club I belonged to is Xsport Fitness in Darien Il.

I have been a member at this health club for four years. On Novemeber 10th 2003 I received a letter stating I can no longer use the club because of "confrontational happenings" When I called corporate office to define the confrontational happening, they said a staff member complained about me and that I ate too many of the free samples of the protein bars they had out.

When I asked for more detail they would not provide the imformation to me. I am left clueless. My contract does not expire until June of 2004 and they won't give me my money back. I have certified many letters to the owners and managers and also made many phone calls to the corporate office in Big Rock Il. but I have not gotten a response or still my money back.

This company breach my contract, kept my money and violated my rights. One night I went in their to drop another letter to them and they then filed a complaint against me to the police.
