Dear Sir, My telephone has been working intermittently ever since it has been installed. However, I am consistently billed for the same even though the telephone has not been in use for a period of 20 days and more. Kindly note that again it is out of order since the 18th Dec 03. I have registered a complaint dated 19th Dec 03 (Docket Number 4. The lineman is not interested unless he is bribed. I ask that you act on this complaint to show that MTNL can be customer focused when the need arises. Thanks
