I mailed the Vedio Professor disk back to them from work last month, and they said they have not recieved it. Does this happen to others?
They billed my account, this has caused an overdraft charge, as well as taken away the funds to pay two automatic payments to be with-drawn in two days. This will also cause 2 more over draft charges to my account, as well as not being able to cover the next 2 bills I had set funds aside for..
