I am an AOL customer and normally pay $12.95 per month for up to 20 hours of net time. My past bill was for $29.95. Why is this? I know that I do not use over my allotted 20 hours. I am the only one with access to my account and am the only on using it.
The months of September and October also charged me over $16.00 per month. Please investigate and bill be correctly. I pay by automatic payment on my credit card and do not enjoy being surprised.
Also for the past year AOL will drop me on certain days up to five times. Kicking my computer off of the air. Also at times it will not allow me to sign on, telling me that my modem or connection device is busy. This is bull. My modem is fine and functioning properly.
I get kernel module errors almost everytime I sign on. What good is your service if I can't use if most of the time? I spend more time logging on (or at least trying) then I do using your service. Fix the problem or lose this customer.
Sincerely,
Frank A. Q
