I would like to voice my disservice with Nextel. It took me at least 8 phone calls and being put on hold for over 30 minutes while also being transferred to 6 departments to be able to cancel my service.

 

That was just the day I decided I need to get it done- all other days I was put on hold so long I had to hang up.

 

My daughter went with Nextel- fortunately all of my accounts are with Verizon whose service certainly shines compared to this unbelievably incompetent company. Sue Leavitt Gullo
