Hi, my name is Natalie. I am very fed up with Tristate Camera and Video. They owe my $50.00 rebate from February 2003. I have been calling them over and over and the person I am dealing with, tells me one thing one month and another thing another month.

I have contacted Better Business Bureau and they never contacted me and I even called them and spent $5.00 to speak to a machine which no one called me back. I have been calling Tristate off and on to get my $50.00. What do I need to do? If you have any suggestions, please let me know! I have also had problems getting Tri-State camera to honor their warranty. They came up with multiple excuses why they couldn't honor their warranty, all with no basis. I am also lodging a complaint with the BBB, but also am looking for a higher state or federal agency where I can lodge a complaint. They are a shady business with highly questionable and suspect business practices and need a higher level intervention than a mere consumer can effect.
