Passport BMW of Marlow Heights, MD (VA) - purchased used 1999 BMW 323is with bald tires and damaged spare

I recently purchased a 1999 BMW 323is, purchased used, was sold to me with bald tires and a damages spare. I got a flat tire, but not just a flat, the tire poped. When we looked in the trunk to put on the spare we realized the spare tire is damaged beyond repair.

I contacted Passport BMW of Marlow Heights immediately and I was told by my salesman the "they don't take care of tires" So I put in a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

After the Better Business Bureau contacted them, of course, they were mandated to make contact with me. I got a call from a person who is the Head of Used Car Sales who had a nasty attitude.

He had no desire to try to fix the problem, but he did nothing but antagonize me for reporting them to the BBB. Sincerely,
