AT&T Wireless - can't get signal at home in Big Bear, CA - told by AT&T Wireless that service inside buildings isn't guaranteed

I used to have Verizon and their service worked in Big Bear, California -- AT&T doesn't get reception at my home there.

It works poorly at my homes in Redlands and Claremont, California. When I called to complain, I was told "we don't guarantee service inside buildings."

I bought 3 phones and service for 2 years. What a bad mistake and AT&T doesn't even care.
