We ship thousands of orders each month. 99% of our customers are satisfied with our products and service. Naturally, we cannot please everybody! This customer was issued a full refund for the backordered products. Karen ebulkcandy.com

Ebulkcandy sent the wrong candy to me which I shipped back at my own cost...
They never sent the proper shipment and do not answer any emails...I am now dealing with Paypal and my credit card company to get a refund...
