Pasttime Productions - at Sports Memoriblia Show in Atlantic City, NJ - paid for merchandise not received - can't reach company

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 8, 2002:

I submitted a personal check to Pasttime Productions for 2 former professional baseball player signings in advance of the show in Atlantic City, N.J. for Nov. 22-24. The check was cashed at a Chase Manhattan Bank on Nov. 13th. I have yet to receive my mechandise that cost over $100.00. I have repeatedly called their business phone at 914-747-6800 with no answer and no message machine.

I have wrote to their e-mail site, at Pasttimeprod AT aol.com, twice with no response and have gotton the signingshotline.com website bulletin board to report my complaint and found many other sports fans concerned about losing money to Pasttime Productions at this show.

At this point my frustration level is very high. Their bus. phone home address is Dept. 300H, 5 West Cross Street, Hawthorne, N.Y. 10532. I'm hoping someone can find me a contact or officer of this organization in order to find out if I've been scammed along with many others.

Pasttime Prod. is supposed to be a reputable organization with with memoriabilia shows all over the country. If you cannot help please direct me to who can. Thanks.
