RE: Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Waterford, MI - property tax not paid per loan agreement - City of Detroit and Wayne County now thretening to foreclose and and seize property for taxes owed Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: Within the past 6 weeks, I took out a loan with Ameriquest Mortgage, Waterford Michigan Office at 1370 North Oakland Boulevard, Suite 100, in which they were to pay all my 2001 and 2002 property taxes for two homes 17575/79 Roselawn and 2710 West McNichols, as part of the loan agreement.
This was never done and now the City of Detroit and Wayne County are threatening to foreclose/seize my properties for taxes owed. I contacted the Loan Office Manager, Chrissie, and ask for written proof that this task was done. She responded verbally and now my houses are in jeopardy as a result of a refinance/finance of my home and income property with Ameriquest Mortgage Company. Please help ?
