Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 30, 2002:

I purchase an items from SavonTV.com on 12-18-02. I have requested a tracking number for my item via e-mail. I have not heard from the company nor have I received my product. However, I was charged for the items on 12-20-02.
$25.81 was my total $8.86 was in shipping but it doesn't what shipping was if they didn't send the item. I have tried to contact the WWW.SavonTV.com but they do not give you a name of anyone only e-mails and no phone numbers. Please help if you can. Thank you,
