I had cancelled the credit alert service almost as soon as I had signed up for it but after checking with my bank, I discovered that you people had debited my account for $79.99.

What in the world is the matter with you money hungry people? I want my checking account credited immediately or else I will contact the BBB and will be changing my internet service. You are overcharging anyway. Margaret A. Norris
