RE: Rogers hi-speed internet - refused to take any more bad service, demanded, and got, six day rebate

I have been reading about varouis compliants about rogers hi speed internet, which i have shared.

 

My solution is simple, i now demand and receive credit for problems that arise. I have internet for the past year, the last seven days i refuse to take any more bad service, technical or personnel, I have been issued a six day rebate.

 

I also understand mistakes can happen with technical or personnel (a poll i did years ago, showed me that even the perfect ones make mistakes 3 % of the time) so i allow one day per month for problems or screw ups.
