Dermal Tone face toning product - didn't work for consumer - no refund as purchase was more than 60 days ago

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 29, 2002:

I purchsed a Dermal Tone face toning product. It does not work for me. It infact created a new wrinkle on my lip due to the abstract instructions that accompany the product.

I contacted to company regarding this problem and they told me that because I was outside the 60 day period they would not refund my money.
