I ordered a Seagate hard drive from www.comp-recycle.com on December 3, 2002. They sent the wrong drive so I emailed them and they replied with an RMA number. I sent the drive back to them on December 6, 2002. Since then they do not respond to my emails. This was not a major purchase but it angers me all the same. Since then I have found numerous complaints about this company- which lead me to your website. I have included emails sent to the below. Thank you for your service. Kevin Nichols On December 3 I ordered a Seagate hard drive. On December 6 I reported to you I received the wrong drive. On December 6 I was given RMA number 3555. On December 6 I sent the drive back via USPS. Since then I have emailed you numerous times to find out where the correct Seagate drive is and have received absolutely no response.
