I ordered a Louis Vuitton replica hand bag from this company via Tommy Wong. I made the order COD on 12-18-02. The wrong bag was sent to me on 12-19-02 and I gave the FEDEX driver a money order for $159.00. When I called the company, someone named Joe said for me to return it via FEDEX using their account number and they would send me the bag I ordered.

He said "no sweat" when I asked him if it would get to me for a present for Christmas. This is when the craziness began. I had problems with FEDEX picking up the package because they said Tommy Wong owed them money. I called Tommy Wong and he hung up on me when I told him about this. He cursed me when I called him back and asked him if he was a scam and if I was actually going to get what I ordered. This should have been a clue, but I had the wrong item (a make up bag costing much less than $159.00).

Apparently the FEDEX matter was resolved because they picked up the wrong item from me. As of today, I have not received what I ordered and cannot contact Tommy Wong by phone. They will not return my calls or e-mails. I would very much like to have the bag I ordered or my money back

immediately. My daughter is very disappointed.
