tHIS WITH REFERENCE TO MY EARLIER COMPLAIN ID-376047, FOR MONITOR REPLEACEMENT. THE MOINTOR WHICH HAS BEEN REPLACED IS OLD ONE. WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE LOOK IN TO IT & REPLACE LOOK INTO IT & REPLACE IT WITH NEW MONITOR.

RE: Compaq Presario computer - monitor not functioning satisfactorily
Sir/Madam,
I had purchased COMPAQ PESRERIO MODEL from your agent M/s. Target Marketing, Hardwar (Uttranchal) about six month back. For the past one month the monitor has not been functioning satisfactorily which has been acknowledged by your agent also.
I have been told by the agent that very shortly the company will change my 17" monitor but till date nothing has been done. I am a senior executive of BHEL Hardwar has to use Internet quite frequently, which I have not been able to do so.It is my duty to inform you about the difficulty I am facing as there has not been any encouraging response from you agent.
I hope you will understand and try to look into the matter very seriously and the respond at the earliest.
