My Frustating experience with AT&T being loyal customer since 2000. I am having all three services of cable,tv,and digital telephone services from AT&T and all seriveces have same poor quality customer care. But i would like to explain more about my recent Digtial telephone service of AT&T. In the month of November 2002 my dial tone went bad and after constant fallowup through emails and telephone calls from outside the problem finally got resolved about 4 to 5 days (They claim within 72 hours they will resolve). Next suddenly my longdistance gets disconnected during night and i need to undergo pain of of writing emails, getting ticket nos. and this gets resolved after more than 72 + hours. Come December Happy Holidays and i get heart attack from the at&t billing department. I found that they have removed my all instate and longdistance international plans and charged me a total bill of 1,713.88 with $4.02 per min charges. When i talk to supervisors during evening hours i get allways same reply of saying that they dont know or they dont have any answers and they will log into the log boook. Also they dont give their id to take up with next person. Believe me getting a answer which is allways no takes around 30 min with long holding delays and listening to crap recorded music. I strongly feel that no body takes any responsible action when u complain at at&t. I have never seen a corporate which has such a poor customer quality care service. I would appreciate somebody forward me address of at&t and also right authorities to file complaint against at&t. Thanks
