Arby's, two locations in Harrisburg, PA - dispite signs advertising gift certificates, was told they weren't available

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 22, 2002:

I have recently visited 2 Arby's locations in order to find gift certificates. They have signs stating that they have them. I was told that they don't have them. I don't understand that. Isn't that false advertising?????????????
