RE: T-Mobile - nothing done with complaints made about not receiving good reception from home address Hello,
This is in regards to the letter that was sent to us by T-Mobile recently. It says that they received the J D POWER award for highest overall satisfaction.
This is just a ridiculous and absolutely false statement, in my opinion.
For the past years we had a contract for 1 year and we made numerous complains for not receiving good reception at our home address.
NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
We were never able to use our T-Mobile service from home and our entire street area. After numerous calls, the supervisor notified us that the AT&T service was interfering with T-Mobile service. What does it mean? They never resolved this issue and did not even give it a try.
We have two kids, one infant and one toddler, and you can understand our needs for good reception.
This was not the only area with no reception. When we went to Canada, for 150+ miles on highway (Upstate New York) - there was no reception at all. God forbid if we needed to use our phone service for any emergency T-Mobile was NOT there.
When we later called them about having no reception they said "Sorry about that".
HOW CAN WE TRUST T-Mobile AT HOME OR ON THE ROAD?
I urge you to consider this next time you think of rewarding or EVEN nominating T-Mobile.
They do not Deserve this award.
Thank you
Faizal Chaka
