AOL pogo games - www.pogo.com - now asking for screen name and password - won't accept prior screen name and password

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 19, 2002:

- i have been playing pogo almost all day and now when I go back to my favorites it keeps coming up as an error. I have always gone to my favorites to play pogo.

But now when I hit www.pogo.com It takes me to the games ----but now they are asking for my screen name and password. I have never been asked this before and now I cant get into the games. The site will not except my s-n or password I put in a year ago.

I tried to have my password sent to me but they wont accept my screen name ( damdq627 ) I have been using this name since I started in there. I can be e-mailed at Email User or Email User

I am also having the same problem have been a pogomember since Dec 2000 and Club Pogo subscriber since 2004
