J.D. Marvel Products, Inc. - paid for 2 pair of suede cuffs - haven't received order - can't contact business

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 19, 2002:

I ordered 2 prs. of suede scuffs from J.D.MARVEL PRODUCTS INC on Nov.2, 2002. They cashed my check on Nov. 8, 2002. I have called hundreds on times (constant busy signal) and I have written 3 email complaints demanding a reply as to the status of my order.

I have heard NOTHING. I have received nothing from them. I am outraged by this unethical behavior. What can I do?
