RE: JC Penny, Tyrone Square Mall, St. Petersburg, FL - dirty ladies restroom
Last night I visited your store again at the Tyrone Square Mall In St.Petersburg,Fl.
I 'm nine months pregnant and I had to go to the restroom. Everytime I visit your store the ladies restrooms get worse and worse. As much revenue as your stores generate in a day you all should have someone on staff to keep your restrooms clean. I can't even let my 5 year daughter use the restroom.
There was feces everywhere, used sanitary napkins on the floor, the toilet seats were filthy. You don't have the toilet paper liners for the toilet seats. The sheets on the back of the door saying the bathroom had been cleaned were bogus. Other women that walked in behind me had to leave out also.Even at the Penny's Outlet in Pinellas Park, the restrooms are in the same condition.
The smell will knock you down. I've spent a great deal of money in your stores over the past year preparing for the baby and shopping for the rest of my family. Apparently the people in management never have to use the restrooms they have in place for the public to use.
It's just like someone who has a nice home on the outside but, the inside is filthy. I hope that you all will take the time and look into this matter. One lady had to let her son urinate on himself because of the disgraceful condition and I don't blame her one bit. Signed, Shelia H.
