RE: eBay.com - paid eBay seller ROCKTRUCKR for 1977 Corvette Owners Manual - never received manual
Purchased on E-Bay from E-Bay seller ROCKTRUCKR, an original 1977 Corvette Owners Manual from Jeff DiPaola, 35 Outlook Dr., Hilton, NY 14468 and sent a Cashier's Check for the full amount including insurance on July 10, 2002. Never received the merchandise. After numerous e-mail messages I was instructed that I needed to wait a period of time before a loss form could be filed. Finally after 3 months I received a loss form, completed it and returned the form. Still no refund. Continued to send e-mail messages to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_70528#, with no reply. Got ripped off. E-Bay should really tighten up their seller requirements or at least invest a bit in consumer relations if they want their service to continue to grow.
