Norton Antivirus 2003 – Symantec I ordered this software online, paid with a credit card. The instructions tell you to “ Begin Download” –it won’t. It also states that the “next time I run Live Update, I would be prompted to renew your old definitions…Please click” No, just download product updates” this doesn’t happen either.

 

Symantec has not answered any email. And trying to contact them by phone is a joke. Plus when I try to check my order status, they cannot find it. Although they have my password and I have a customer number and order number, but they don’t. When is corporate America going to learn about customer service.
