RE: AOL - cancelled account over 10 months ago - given 90 days free and then billed again for $ 28.90 per month I cancelled my AOL account over ten months ago. they had been taking $28.90 per month out of my checking account. After I cancelled and received confirmation, the pleasent customer service rep said that because I was a valued customer, she would give me 90 days of AOL for free.
After the free period, even though I had cancelled, they started taking out $28.90 per month again, using bogus check numbers to accomplish it. They were even able to steal the money after I put a stop payment on them. NEED HELP
