1800flowers.com They charged me twice for a fruit basket I ordered for my mother's Birthday and now they are giving me trouble about crediting my account!!! So far, I've made at least 10 calls to them. I am told it will take at least 3 business days to credit my account, yet it took only seconds to bill me twice for the same merchandise! They are obviously not worried about getting repeat customers...
