I purchased furniture from Kagans Furniture store in HighPoint, North Carolina, a sofa and 2 chairs. One year ago today I have still not received my my Bassett Furniture accent chair form them.

 

The delivered broken furniture to my home and then tried to cover up their destruction with the pillows and get me to sign the release.

 

I am the unwitting consumer and took for granted that everything was okay and signed. I discovered a big crack in the fram of the chair the next day and immediately called up Kagans. Everyone has dropped the ball on this issue and it is now one year and I do not havae my paid for and purchased chair.
