RE: Nextel - delay in phone cancellation - waiting for call back from Nextel
Let me start off by saying that Nextel is the worst phone service that I have had in my life! After trying to disconnect my service with them since December 6th, I finally got through to someone today December 12th. In between they said that a customer service rep would call me to help with the disconnection of my 2 phones ---I'm still waiting for this call.
The disconnection rep that I spoke with today, Nina Sweeney is the rudest of all reps that I have spoken with ever. She notified me that I can't cancel my phones until January 8th because my billing cycle started on Dec 8th--even though I have been trying to cancel since the 6th.
This makes no sense. I don't see why I should be charged for a service that I don't want, and have been trying to cancel! The worst thing of all, is that when I ask for a supervisor, I'm told that there are none--what a joke
Thanks
Melissa Miller
