Youcansave.com - switchboard didn't work - light would flash when got call, but no sound - returned switchboard but haven't received refund

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on December 11, 2002:

I saw the ad for the switchboard on TV & ordered it so I could get phone calls.The thing didn't work. The light would flash when I got a call but no sound.

I E-Mailed them, because they had a 30 day money back policy. First they offered me 15 % off it & 15 % off another item to keep it. I wrote back & said I would be glad to keep it if it worked. I packed it all back up in the original box with the manuals & whatever came with it.

My husband took it to the post office & sent it. He did not send it where we would have a tracking number, altho I saw that did another customer no good either. They claim it was not in the warehouse.

So they have kept my money. I wrote back to them a second time & still the same response, It's not here do you have a tracking number. Thanks
