RE: children's movies and cd's
Hi:
I am having a problem with Time-Life, Inc., but it isn't really a customer service issue (their CS is actually pretty impressive)--it's actually a matter of one of their television & online ads for 3 children's DVD's, which nowhere mention that the CD's are religious in nature.
I am contacting the BBB & the FCC because I feel that their advertising is purposefully meant to dupe people into buying a product which they did not intend to purchase. If you're interested, the product is a sing-along by the Cedarmont Kids. By the way, after my complaint, I noticed that the website added "wholesome" to the description. Also, if you know how I can get a letter to their CEO or Board of Advisors, please let me know. Keep up the good fight.
