I use Alltel internet service. I pay $20.00/month for this service. I can't actually call it service, especially now-a-days when it takes me 8-10 dial-ups to get connected.
The message I received tonight really got to me. It stated that no one was answering, and to TRY AGAIN LATER. I pay to use this service, I do not want to try again later. I pay regardless of how much I use this, which is very little, so when I want to use it, don't tell me to try again later.
I have been a loyal consumer, for a long time, but I find myself rethinking this business relationship. Maybe I will find a service that is there when I need it, and I will pay them because they not only want my business, they earn it. I will tell my friends and family the internet service they should use, and the one not to use.
And when you call me trying to get my business, the message on the machine will tell you to TRY AGAIN LATER!!! I hope everyone else with this problem will voice their opinion, and together we can right this wrong. I think maybe its' a ploy to raise our rate of service, more money, less service.
