RE: Aero California airlines Type your detailed complaint here. Include the name of the company and the brand name of the product or service. After September 11, Aero California cancelled our return flight for a vacation to Loreto, Mexico. When we could not find dates that we could reschedule that would match their flight schedule we decided to cancel our trip. We were told we could get a refund for the land portion of the trip, but not our airline tickets. Never mind, we cancelled becuase it was there fault! At any rate, it has been ten weeks, although we were told the refund would take 4-6 weeks. No refund, and for the last five weeks we have been told we would get an answer "next week". I am ready to file a class action lawsuit to ground them altogether. Anyone else having this problem? How do I get a straight ansswer from them?
