I am v. disappointed in the service I receive at my local DD (located on Ogden Ave. in Downers Grove, IL). They always get my order wrong, including this morning.

I go through the drive-up and usually order by number. It shouldn't be that hard to get an order correctly. I speak v. slowly and repeat the order a few times. I even check it when I get it, but it is always wrong.

Today I ordered a #3 -- bagel, cc & coffee. I asked for light cc and got regular. I asked for skim milk and got regular milk. I repeated my order 3 times. I have talked to other residents of Downers Grove and found out that our DD has very poor service.

They make mistakes on many orders, not just mine. A friend of mine always orders veggie cream cheese and gets regular.

Now she has to open up the bagel and check; often times sending if back due to error. What a waste of food. You should be ashamed of your poor service. If I do not hear back I will assume you do not care about your customers.

There is a Starbucks just a few blocks away, and they always get my order

right.
