I purchased a Philips PCRW804K model CD Rewritable Drive last August(2001) and promptly sent in the rebate for $40.00.
I then checked the Rebateshq.com web site to find out the status of my rebate. Their web site indicated that all documentation had been received and the rebate was in process. After waiting for 4 months, I contacted them by phone approximately 3 weeks ago to find out why they had not sent my rebate.
I was told they would "check into it". I have not received my rebate nor have I heard from them about my phone call. I have been trying to call them for the past 3 days, but all I can get from them is a recording to call back at another time.
I have also sent them E-mails and contacted Philips directly about this problem all to no avail.
