Tel: 800-775-1135 In response to an advertisement placed in a magazine, I made a call to a service rendered by this corporation.

At that time I gave a representative my credit card information. I was told that the first call would be free;

during the course of this call I was disconnected. I called back, since I had not yet discovered the service as it was advertised. In fact, I was disappointed in the service since it did not live up to the advertisement. Shortly thereafter a representative from the company, contacted me to inform me that my credit card had been rejected. (This should have been a red flag to me, since my accounts are always paid in full and on time.

The problem lies with PPP and whatever service they employ for purposes of payment.) At that time I expressed my disatisfaction with the service and was offered a reduced payment which I accepted, and made payment at that time with an electronic draft. Subsequently another representative called me and rudely informed me that the payment came back as Non-Sufficient Funds. As I have never had an NSF check I would suggest again that the problem is with the payment transaction method used. The representative insisted on proving me wrong. At that time she said that she was withdrawing the offer for the reduced amount and that I would be liable for the entire amount. Since the service advertised was not provided, I should get a full refund. The company should take steps to make sure that its advertisements accurately reflect the service provided. Thank you.
