On 12/15/01 I order a camera from I won super store. It arrived on 12/18/01 but was not as advertized. So I was to contact the internet site to get a confirmation number and send the camera back Sound simple but not really.

My order number was 748996 for the camera at the begining. The label on the package show that the camera came from V Commerce.com 20 Midland Ave.,Hicksville,

NY 11801-1501

I contact the super store to get the returning number with no success.

I also contact I Won e mail headquarter to tell them my problem that I was caught in a loop with the super store and I wanted to return the camera within the 15 days return policy.

They inform me by E Mail that they had no control over their venders. Now I'm still trying to find away to send this camera back without breaking the rules.
